Regulatory Information:
Information about the water and nutrient management regulations varies greatly between States, including the regulatory bodies that that pertain to individual States.
We do not pretend that it is an exhaustive list of what you need to do when, for example, you are constructing a new nursery, or even renovating an existing water control structure. However, the information given for the States in this project is intended to point you to those agencies that have a role in regulating water and nutrient applications and who can further advise you of the exact procedures to follow with respect to those regulations.
